How to make it:
For hot oats: add contents to ½ cup water or any milk, microwave for 1 minute, and allow to cool slightly before eating.
For overnight oats: add contents to ⅓ cup of any milk and stir well, cover, and leave in the fridge for 4+ hours - preferably overnight.
